输电线路预绞式防振锤对导线磨损机理及预防措施研究

Research on the Mechanism of the Transmission Line Conductor Wear by the Pre-Stranded Vibration Damper and Preventive Measures

  • 摘要: 近年来预绞式防振锤在微风振动严重地区陆续发生了磨损导线的情况,若导线磨损未及时发现,后期磨损加速,可能发生导线断股、甚至断线的严重后果。针对磨损类型和表现形式的多样性,设置不同的运行场景,考虑不同的环境因素,分析预绞丝根数、直径、节距等参数对磨损现象的影响程度,对其与导线的磨损机理进行深入研究。对典型导线及预绞式防振锤进行试验研究,并与传统的螺栓型防振锤进行试验对比。结果表明:按对防振锤线夹与导线间隙的影响程度排序,依次为预绞丝节距、根数、直径;在微风振动严重地区,慎用预绞丝防振锤;对于传统螺栓型防振锤,在微风振动严重地区,还需加装护线条。对预绞丝式防振锤的设计和安装,提出了具体的优化方案,从理论和实用的角度解决预绞丝式防振锤的安全性和稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In recent years,the wear of the conductor by the pre-stranded anti-vibration damper often occurs in areas with severe breeze vibration,and if the wear is not located in time, the late wear might accelerate, leading to severe consequences such as the strand breakage and even conductor breakage. For different types and manifestations of the wear,by setting different operating scenarios and taking into consideration of different environmental factors, this paper explores the influence degree of the number,diameter and pitch of the pre-stranded rod on the wear,and deeply analyzes the mechanism of the wear development. The experimental research has been performed on the typical conductor and pre-stranded vibration damper,and comparative tests are made with the bolted vibration damper. The results show that in terms of the degree of impact on the gap between the anti-vibration damper clamp and the conductor,the order from high to low should be the pitch,number and diameter of the pre-stranded rod. In the area of severe breeze vibration,the pre-stranded anti-vibration damper should be used with caution. The traditional bolted antivibration damper should be equipped with armor rods in the area of severe breeze vibration. In addition,a specific optimization scheme is proposed for the design and installation of the prestranded anti-vibration damper,which has solved the safety andstability of the pre-stranded anti-vibration damper from atheoretical and practical perspective.
