智慧变电站防误闭锁装置远程控制方法研究

Research on the Remote Control Method of Anti Error Locking Device in Smart Substations

  • 摘要: 为了提升智慧变电站的运维效率及适应无人值守模式,针对智慧变电站防误闭锁装置的远程控制方法展开研究。通过变电站运维动态基线计算方法,获取防误闭锁装置远程控制的动态变化区间;利用无线通信网络与远程运维的控制中心,获取防误闭锁装置运维动态变化区间中的设备状态信息,通过五防逻辑获取设备的操作信息;当操作人员操作内容与电脑钥匙存在差异时触发报警,控制误闭锁装置强制闭锁,实现远程控制。实验结果表明,使用该文方法对设备内异常数据追踪的时间均低于360 ms,对不同数据管理的成功率均高于99.9%,防误闭锁响应时间均低于250 ms,运维时吞吐量最高达到13 Mbit/s且通信效果较好。该方法可对智慧变电站防误闭锁装置实现远程控制,实际应用效果较好。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the smart substation and adapt to the unattended mode, the remote control method of antimisoperaion locking device of the smart substation is studied.The dynamic baseline calculation method of substation operation and maintenance is used to obtain the dynamic change range of the remote operation and maintenance of the anti-misoperation locking device;and the wireless communication network and the control center of the remote operation and maintenance are used to obtain the equipment status information in the change range and the operation information of the equipment is obtained through the five-prevention logic. When there is a difference between the operating content of the operator and the computer key,the computer key will alarm in time,and the forced lock will be triggered to avoid misoperations so that the remote control is realized. The test results show that the time of using this method to track abnormal data in the equipment is less than360 ms,the success rate of management of different data is higher than 99.9%,the response time of the anti-misoperation locking is less than 250 ms,the maximum throughput during operation and maintenance amounts to 13 mbit/s,and the communication effect is good, verifying that the proposed method can realize the remote operation and maintenance of the anti-misoperation locking device of the smart substation with good practical effects.
