Abstract:
In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the smart substation and adapt to the unattended mode, the remote control method of antimisoperaion locking device of the smart substation is studied.The dynamic baseline calculation method of substation operation and maintenance is used to obtain the dynamic change range of the remote operation and maintenance of the anti-misoperation locking device;and the wireless communication network and the control center of the remote operation and maintenance are used to obtain the equipment status information in the change range and the operation information of the equipment is obtained through the five-prevention logic. When there is a difference between the operating content of the operator and the computer key,the computer key will alarm in time,and the forced lock will be triggered to avoid misoperations so that the remote control is realized. The test results show that the time of using this method to track abnormal data in the equipment is less than360 ms,the success rate of management of different data is higher than 99.9%,the response time of the anti-misoperation locking is less than 250 ms,the maximum throughput during operation and maintenance amounts to 13 mbit/s,and the communication effect is good, verifying that the proposed method can realize the remote operation and maintenance of the anti-misoperation locking device of the smart substation with good practical effects.
