Integrated Energy Low Carbon Economic Dispatch Considering Oxyfuel Technology and Green Certificates-carbon Allowance Equivalent Interactions

  • In order to accelerate the low-carbon transformation of my country's energy structure and achieve the dual carbon goals, this paper proposes a comprehensive energy low-carbon economic dispatch model with carbon-green certificate market coupling and oxygen-rich combustion technology supplemented by dynamic hydrogen doping of gas units. Firstly, an oxygen-rich combustion transformation model for coal-fired units is established to realize carbon and oxygen coupling by combining electricity with gas; secondly, a dynamic hydrogen doping model for gas units is established to construct a comprehensive energy system scheduling framework containing carbon capture by oxygen-rich combustion and dynamic hydrogen doping for gas units. At the same time, the green certificate-carbon market integration is considered, and a carbon-green certificate trading strategy is proposed in which the price of the green certificate changes with the market supply and demand. Finally, taking the lowest daily operating cost of the system as the objective function, the real results show that the oxygen-rich combustion technology can improve the carbon capture efficiency of the system and realize the low-carbon energy supply of thermal power, and the GCT-CET equivalence interaction can digest the excess green certificates and maximize the carbon reduction benefits of renewable energy.
