Abstract
With the large-scale new energy connected to the grid, the operation mode of the power system tends to be atypical, and its operation mode rules are difficult to extract, which brings major challenges for the dispatcher to carry out the safety operation analysis and stability check of the power grid. Therefore, this paper presents an optimization method for generating power system operating mode rules based on multi-sectional power limit correlation. Firstly, the sample is screened by the convex hull vertex algorithm to generate the safe running region in the form of a hyperplane equation. Then, the running mode rules in the form of a cube of the section power space are generated by reforming the hyperplane equation. Then, the geometric filling rate is introduced to represent the coincidence ratio of the space cube in the hyperplane equation region to reflect its space utilization rate. Secondly, the rule optimization method of operation mode is proposed, the multi-section power limit correlation index is constructed, and the rule decoupling is carried out to reduce the rule complexity and improve the geometric filling rate to achieve the balance of the two. Finally, a numerical example of a regional power grid system is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
