Abstract
To deeply explore the environmental value of green hydrogen and enhance the enthusiasm of new energy vehicles to participate in dispatching, a low-carbon economy dispatching strategy of integrated energy system considering green hydrogen energy certificate trading mechanism and carbon quota of new energy vehicles is proposed. First, a diversified terminal application model of hydrogen energy is constructed, composed of two-stage power-to-gas, hydrogen storage, hydrogen fuel cell, hydrogenation station, and thermoelectric hydrogen blending, to enrich the ways of hydrogen energy production. Then, with reference to the renewable energy quota system and green card trading mechanism in the electricity market, a green hydrogen energy certificate trading mechanism is proposed to promote the coordinated operation of green electricity and green hydrogen. Secondly, a carbon quota trading mechanism for new energy vehicles is proposed to realize the low-carbon collaborative optimization of new vehicles and integrated energy systems on the load side. Finally, based on the hydrogen energy diversified application model, considering the green hydrogen energy certificate trading mechanism and the carbon quota trading mechanism of new energy vehicles, the collaborative optimization simulation model of the park-level integrated energy system is established. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the operation economy of the system and the enthusiasm of new energy vehicle owners to participate in scheduling, as well as improve the renewable energy consumption rate and the low carbon level of the system.
