Abstract
Resistor-capacitor voltage divider (RCVD), as an indispensable main device in modern AC/DC power grid systems, needs to ensure its high measurement accuracy and measurement stability. The stray capacitance of RCVD to the ground and its internal temperature rise have had a serious impact on the measurement performance of RCVD, thereby affecting the safe and reliable operation of the AC/DC power grid. In this work, a high-precision measurement technology for improving the measurement performance of resistive- capacitance divider is proposed. The transmission principle and error influence of the traditional RCVD and the high-precision RCVD are compared and analyzed. The correctness and effectiveness of high-precision measurement technology are verified by the comparative tests of the measurement performances and type tests.
