Review of New Power System Power Balance Calculation and Analysis Techniques

  • 摘要: 电力电量平衡计算是合理规划布局电源、科学安排运行方式的手段。针对高比例新能源接入的新型电力系统电力电量平衡面临的挑战和问题,该文阐述了新型电力系统电力电量平衡的基本概念,综述了源、网、荷、储各类资源模型的研究现状,提出了在资源建模方面面临的核心问题和发展方向,总结了电力电量平衡的基本思路和分析框架,从优化方法和启发式算法两层面综述了主流方法、算法以及发展趋势,总结了新型电力系统电力电量平衡指标体系。该文针对新型电力系统电力电量平衡仿真的重点方向,提出了面临的核心问题和发展方向,电力电量平衡仿真技术亟待发展以适应清洁能源发展的需求。

     

    Abstract: The calculation of power and energy balance is the basis for rational planning of power supply and scientific arrangement of operation mode. Aiming at the challenges and problems faced by the power and energy balance of the new power system with high proportion of new energy access, this paper first expounds the basic concept of the power and energy balance of the new power system, then summarizes the research status of various resource models of generation-grid-load-storage, and puts forward the core problems and development direction in resource modeling. Then, the basic ideas and analysis framework of power and energy balance are summarized, and the mainstream methods, algorithms and development trends are summarized from two aspects of optimization methods and heuristic algorithms. Finally, the index system of power and energy balance of new power system is summarized. Aiming at the key direction of power and energy balance simulation of new power system, this paper puts forward the core problems and development direction. Power and energy balance simulation technology needs to be developed to meet the needs of clean energy development.
