三级调度电磁暂态云仿真资源互济机制设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Resource Mutual Mechanism for Electromagnetic Transient Cloud Simulation in Three-layer Dispatching Centers

  • 摘要: 针对大规模电网电磁暂态仿真算力需求巨大,国分省三级调度各自算力资源难于满足新型电力系统安全稳定仿真计算需求的情况,设计和实现了一种国分省三级调度电磁暂态云仿真资源互济机制,首先介绍了高效、可靠、灵活三项资源互济原则,然后重点分析了跨域统一计算资源池构建和跨域批量电磁暂态仿真任务调度机制和实现关键技术,分析了三级调度资源互济的电磁暂态云仿真平台的功能架构和主要功能,最后分析了平台在国家电网仿真中心、国家电网华中分部和国网河南省电力公司的落地应用,实际应用数据证明了该文方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Large scale electromagnetic transient simulation of power grids requires enormous computing power, the computing power resources of state-region-province three-layer dispatching centers are difficult to meet the needs of power grid safety and stability simulation calculation, this paper designs a mechanism for the mutual benefit of electromagnetic transient simulation resources in state-region-province three-layer dispatching centers. Firstly, the principles of efficient, reliable, and flexible resource mutual are introduced. Then, the mechanism and key technologies for constructing a cross domain unified computing resource pool and scheduling cross domain batch electromagnetic transient simulation tasks were highlighted. The functional architecture and main functions of the three-layer scheduling resource mutual assistance electromagnetic transient cloud simulation platform were briefly introduced. Finally, the platform is applied in the State Grid Simulation Center, Central China Branch of State Grid Corporation of China, and State Grid Henan Electric Power Company, actual application data has proven the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
