Abstract:
The new power system with new energy as the main body is an important premise and inevitable trend to promote modern power systems' low-carbon transformation and development. In the new power system, the increasing proportion of new energy and the extensive application of nonlinear power electronic equipment make the dynamic complexity of the power system increasingly prominent. New operating conditions such as waveform distortion of the power grid and bidirectional measurement of renewable energy put forward higher requirements for dynamic measurement technology of electric energy. Aiming at the problems and challenges faced by dynamic power measurement technology in new power systems, this paper first analyzes the technical characteristics and standardization requirements of dynamic power measurement in typical business scenarios. Then, it summarizes the technology status and core problems such as dynamic power signal construction, dynamic power measurement, and dynamic power measurement evaluation faced in new power system scenarios. Then, we summarized the key technologies development trend of dynamic energy measurement and their standardization, and proposed the framework of the dynamic energy measurement standard system. The relevant research provides direction for the construction of new power systems, the development of dynamic measurement technology, and the improvement of standard systems.
