基于消费者耦合行为的综合需求响应建模与主从博弈运行策略研究

Integrated Demand Response Modeling and Master-slave Game Operation Strategy Based on Consumer Coupling Behavior

  • 摘要: 多种异质能源的集成利用在带来互补耦合效益的同时,通常忽略了需求侧多能耦合转换对用户用能满意度的影响,并且当前主流的需求响应单边定价机制大多难以应对系统与用户间复杂的利益交互与迭代关系。据此,提出一种考虑消费者耦合行为的综合需求响应建模与主从博弈运行策略。首先,考虑消费者耦合行为对用户满意度的影响,建立一种适用于综合能源系统负荷聚合商的综合需求响应改进模型。其次,以系统运营商为领导者、多个负荷聚合商为跟随者,提出一种基于主从博弈的综合能源系统优化运行策略,并对所建立的一主多从互动模型的Nash均衡解存在性与唯一性进行了证明。最后,结合标准IEEE33节点系统与比利时20节点天然气系统构建算例分析系统,所得结论验证了所提出的消费者耦合行为需求响应模型的准确性与所提策略方法在兼顾博弈主体双方利益方面的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The integrated utilization of various heterogeneous energy sources brings complementary coupling benefits, but usually ignores the influence of demand-side multi-energy coupling conversion on the user satisfaction. Moreover, the current mainstream unilateral pricing mechanism of demand response can hardly cope with the complex interest interaction and iterative relationships between the system and users. Therefore, this paper proposes an integrated demand response modeling and master-slave game operation strategy considering the consumer coupling behavior. Firstly, an improved integrated demand response model for the integrated energy system load aggregators is established based on the influence of consumer coupling behavior on the user satisfaction. Secondly, with the system operator as the leader and multiple load aggregators as the followers, an optimal scheduling strategy for the integrated energy system based on the master-slave game is proposed, and the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium solution of the established interactive model with one leader and multi-followers is proved. Finally, an example system is constructed by combining the standard IEEE33-node system and the Belgian 20-node gas network system. The results verify the accuracy of the proposed consumer coupling behavior demand response model and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in coordinating interests of both players in the game.
