Abstract:
Standard digitalization is an important factor related to the high-quality development of the national standardization, and also an important means to promote the development of digital transformation. The current research on digitization of standards is concentrated in fields such as aviation and intelligent manufacturing, scarcely dealing with the exploration of the concepts, the core challenges, and the governance roadmap of the digitization of the power standards. This article first reviews the current development status of the standard digitization at home and abroad, analyzes the development needs of standard digitization in different industries, and compares the differential needs of standard digitization in the electric power and in the other fields. Secondly, the basic concept of digitalization of power standards is further elaborated around the connotation and extension of standard digitization, and the core capabilities, technologies, and challenges of power standard digitization are illustrated in depth. At the same time, a roadmap for digital governance of power standards has been proposed from three aspects: the objects, the models, and the implementation paths of digital governance of power standards. Finally, the trend of digital development of future power standards is evaluated, and suggestions for the digital development of power standards are proposed, which will provide an experience and reference for conducting digital research on power standards.
