Optimization Strategy of Governor for Multi-machine System Considering Different Hydropower Ratios

  • 摘要: 在水电直流孤岛或异步互联工程形成的含高比例水电的大系统中,易发生超低频振荡问题,影响了电力系统的安全稳定运行。首先研究了系统中水电比例的变化对阻尼水平的影响;其次分析了多机一次调频系统中,强负阻尼机组的选择和灵敏度计算方法;最后提出了多机系统调速器优化策略,结合暂态频率指标,实现了不同水电比例系统的一次调频在稳定性和动作速度之间的平衡,并对超低频振荡模式阻尼比的强弱进行了讨论,可为相关给工程应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Ultra-low frequency oscillations are apt to occur in a system with high proportion of hydropower formed on the hydropower DC island or asynchronous interconnection project, threatening the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Firstly, this paper studies the influence of the changes of hydropower ratios on the damping level in the system. Secondly, it analyzes the selection and sensitivity calculation methods of the strong negative damping units in a multi-machine primary frequency system. Finally, the optimization strategy of the multi-machine system governor is proposed. Combined with the transient frequency index, the balance between the stability and the speed of the primary frequency regulation in different hydropower proportional systems is realized, which provides a reference for engineering applications.
