Reactive Power Unbalance/Circulation Suppression for Wind Farm Group

  • 摘要: 针对目前大规模风电汇集系统无功–电压控制中的无功分配问题,根据无功就地平衡原则,给出了无功的均衡分配方式,并定义了风电场的无功不均衡以及无功环流,提出了无功不均衡的评价指标;然后分别探讨了现有电压指令计算方式和无功控制周期不同对无功均衡性的影响;提出了考虑无功均衡性的风电场群无功–电压协调优化模型,并给出相应求解方法;基于所提优化模型,对现有风电场无功电压控制流程进行改进完善,纳入了对无功不均衡度的约束,在无功不均衡度过大时采用恒无功控制对无功进行调整。最后基于华北地区某风电场汇集系统,验证了所提策略可以在保证汇集母线电压控制精度的前提下,减小无功不均衡,抑制无功环流。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of reactive power distribution in the current reactive power-voltage control in the large-scale wind power collection system, this paper first defines the reactive power imbalance and the reactive power circulation of the wind farm, and gives the evaluation index of the reactive power imbalance. Then, the influence of the existing voltage command calculation methods and the different reactive power control cycles on the reactive power balance is discussed. A secondary voltage control optimization model that considers reactive power imbalance and voltage deviation of Convergence Node is proposed, and the corresponding solution is given. Based on this optimization model, the existing wind farm reactive power and voltage control process is improved and the reactive power imbalance constraint is considered in the process. When the index of the reactive power imbalance is too large, the constant reactive power control is used to adjust the reactive power. Finally, based on a wind farm cluster in the north of Hebei province, it is verified that the proposed strategy is able to reduce the reactive power imbalance and suppress the reactive power circulation under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the Convergence Node voltage control.
