受端电网高比例可再生能源消纳的运行瓶颈分析与储能需求评估

Operational Bottleneck Analysis and Energy Storage Demand Evaluation for High Proportional Renewable Energy Consumption in Receiving-end Grid

  • 摘要: 随着高比例可再生能源并网以及高压直流馈入,频率响应能力不足导致了电网对灵活性调节资源需求也随之增加。针对华东某省受端电网进行多维度运行瓶颈分析,首先引入运行限制指标量化描述影响系统功率平衡和安全运行的多维度运行瓶颈,考虑旋转备用容量和快速调频备用容量等多维度约束建立了电网运行瓶颈识别模型;然后将识别的瓶颈场景根据其相应的运行限制指标进行归纳,并计及不同瓶颈场景对储能持续时间要求,结合技术经济性参数比较各类瓶颈消除方案的相对经济性,得到储能的经济性应用场景及储能需求结论。最后通过算例表明电化学储能技术在消除快速调频备用容量瓶颈和调频容量瓶颈2种场景的经济性优于抽水蓄能和常规机组。

     

    Abstract: With the high-penetration renewable energy integration and high-voltage DC feeds, the insufficient frequency response capacity leads to the increasing demands for the flexible regulation resources in the power grid. This paper analyzes the multi-dimensional operation bottlenecks of a receiving-end power grid in East China. Firstly, the operational restriction indices are introduced to obtain multi-dimensional operation bottlenecks that affect the power balance and safe operation of the system, and an operational bottleneck identification model is established with the multi-dimensional constraints such as the spinning reserve capacity and the fast frequency regulation reserve capacity. Then, the identified bottleneck scenarios are summarized according to their operational restriction indices. By considering the duration requirements of the energy storage in different bottleneck scenarios and comparing the relative economics of various solutions to eliminate the operational bottleneck scenarios with economic technical parameters, the economic application scenarios of the energy storage and the energy storage demand are obtained. Finally, an example indicates that the electrochemical energy storage is more economical than the pumped hydro storage and the conventional generation in eliminating the bottlenecks of the frequency regulation reserve capacities.
