Abstract:
In order to meet the business requirements of centralized monitoring of the intelligent substation equipment and adapt to the construction mode of the centralized control stations, this paper starts from the discussion of the business function requirements of the dispatching, the centralized control station and substations, and optimizes the data flow between the dispatching and the substations including the equipment inside them. In the aspect of the data flow in the master stations, the method of data distribution processing and hierarchical planning between the master stations is put forward. This method optimizes the principle of the selection for data reporting points, increases the on-demand access channels for the non-real-time data, improves the coverage of the data collection of the master stations, and solves the problem of insufficient remote monitoring information. In the aspect of the data flow in the substations, according to the differences of the data instantaneity, the data structures and the processing performance index of different devices, the data transmission paths are optimized from the original multi-terminal repeated collection to the partition transmission. By using the cross-region real-time bus synchronization technology, the information of the primary and secondary equipment, the fire protection and other auxiliary equipment in real time is given a full access, eliminating the problem of repeated data collection and redundant cross transmission, which supports the comprehensive monitoring of the main and auxiliary integration.
