东北电网风电惯量及一次调频实测与分析

Measurement and Analysis of Wind Power Inertia Response and Primary Frequency Regulation Characteristics in Northeast China Power Grid

  • 摘要: 针对东北电网直流送端高比例风电系统频率稳定问题,国家电网东北分部组织开展了风电场惯量及一次调频全网扰动试验,首次实现了风电虚拟惯量的工程应用。基于系统频率扰动试验数据,分析了东北电网频率动态特性,计算得出了东北电网等效惯量水平和频率极值特性系数,量化了系统抵御频率扰动的能力;在介绍网源协调示范风电场惯量响应及一次调频实现方案基础上,对比分析了不同实现方案风电机组惯量响应特性,得出了不同示范风电场一次调频参数指标,试验证明了风电虚拟惯量及一次调频的可行性与有效性,对大规模风电参与系统惯量支撑及一次调频的工程应用具有指导与借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of frequency stability of the high proportion wind power at the DC transmission ends in Northeast China Power Grid, the large-disturbance test of wind farm inertia response and primary frequency regulation capability is organized by the Northeast Branch of State Grid, and the engineering application of wind power virtual inertia is realized for the first time. Based on the test data, the frequency dynamic characteristics of Northeast China Power Grid are analyzed, the equivalent inertia level and the frequency extreme characteristic coefficient of Northeast China Power Grid are calculated, and the ability of system frequency to resist the disturbances is quantified. The inertia response and primary frequency regulation implementation scheme of the grid source coordinated demonstration wind farms is introduced. The inertia response characteristics of wind turbines in different implementation schemes are compared and analyzed, and the primary frequency regulation parameter indexes of different demonstration wind farms are obtained. The test proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the virtual inertia and primary frequency regulation of the wind power, which has the guiding and reference significance for the engineering application of large-scale wind power participating in system inertia support and primary frequency regulation.
