Abstract:
With the proposal of digital transformation, power enterprises ought to advance with the times and give full play to the overall and life cycle optimization ability. Under the power grid scenario, the data management form is single and inflexible; there is a lack of efficient information retrieval tools; the level of spatial data mining is low. Aiming at the establishment of unified spatio-temporal data model of power grid resources, a strategy of applying global subdivision method to the power grid scenario was proposed. A generic grid code was constructed, grid index database and grid map generation rules for grid resource data were established respectively. Furthermore, based on the coding rules, the unified spatio-temporal data model of power grid resources was constructed, to achieve the organic organization and efficient management of spatial data and time information. Through experimental analysis and establishment of typical application scenarios, this paper verified the power grid space-time information coding system based on Beidou Grid Code, which builds the existing power grid resource data into power grid data, and realize the accurate management and control of power grid multi-dimensional space based on discrete grid coding.
