Research on Key Line Identification of Information Flow and Energy Flow in Virtual Power Plant

  • 摘要: 虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)是解决分布式能源并网波动性的有效手段,对VPP关键线路进行有效辨识有利于预防VPP系统故障,提高运行安全稳定性。针对目前VPP线路评估研究较少、指标单一等问题,提出考虑静态网络流的VPP关键线路评估模型。首先,基于复杂网络理论构建以数据采集设备为主要节点的VPP多层网络模型。其次,针对VPP运行控制体系与电力网的不同业务特征,建立基于信息流、能量流的VPP关键线路评价指标体系。最后,采用最优赋权法分配指标权重对关键度指标进行融合。仿真结果表明,所提评估模型辨识出的关键线路对网络能量传播及拓扑结构有明显影响,进而验证了文章关键线路评估机制的可行性,有效量化了VPP评价策略。

     

    Abstract: Virtual power plant (VPP) is an effective means to solve the grid connected fluctuation of distributed energy. The effective identification of the VPP key lines is conducive to preventing the VPP system failures and improving the operation safety and stability. Aiming at the problems that there are few researches on the VPP route evaluation and usually just a single index to use, a VPP critical route evaluation model considering the static network flow is proposed. Firstly, based on the complex network theory, the VPP multi-layer network model with data acquisition equipment as the main node is constructed. Secondly, according to the different business characteristics of the VPP operation control system and the power network, the evaluation index system of the VPP critical line based on the information flow and energy flow is established. Finally, the optimal weighting method is used to allocate the index weights to fuse the key indexes. The simulation results show that the critical path identified by the proposed evaluation model has a significant impact on the network energy propagation and the topology structure, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed critical path evaluation mechanism and effectively quantifies the VPP evaluation strategy.
