Market-oriented Consumption Model Based on the Joint Tracking of Renewable Energy Generation Curve of "Shared Energy Storage & Demand Side Resources"

  • 摘要: 可再生能源发电出力波动性大给电力系统运行带来了诸多挑战,这也直接影响了可再生能源电力的消纳。鉴于此,提出了一种考虑“共享储能–需求侧资源”联合跟踪可再生能源发电曲线的市场化消纳模式。首先梳理了用户参与该交易的全过程步骤,然后以用户的净收益最大化为目标函数建立了混合整数线性规划模型,最后通过实际算例验证了该模式优于仅考虑“共享储能”模式、峰谷分时电价需求响应模式。所提出的联合跟踪模式增强了用户利用自身需求侧资源和共享式的储能设备提高其对可再生能源电力的消纳能力,为进一步探索“源网荷储一体化”提供了一定思路。

     

    Abstract: The fluctuation of renewable energy generation output has brought many challenges to power system operation, which also directly affects its consumption. In this paper, a market-oriented consumption model considering "shared energy storage and demand side resources" to jointly track renewable energy generation curve is proposed, the whole process steps for users to participate in the transaction are sorted out, and a mixed integer linear programming model is established with the objective function of maximizing the net income of users. The example shows that the model is superior to the mode only considering the "shared energy storage" and the demand response mode under TOU price. The joint tracking mode can enhance the user's ability to absorb renewable energy power by using its own demand side resources and shared energy storage equipment, providing an idea for further exploration of the integration of source, network, load and storage.
