Optimized Configuration of DC Microgrid Under Diversified Green Trading System

  • 摘要: 随着可再生能源政策的变革,健全多元化绿色交易体系以代替财政补贴是发展的趋势。以直流微电网为研究对象,提出多元化绿色交易体系下的优化配置方法。首先分析了中国多元化绿色交易体系现状,提出了直流微电网参与绿色交易市场的3种模式,结合政策规则和市场供需关系分析市场价格机理并建立了单一市场收益模型。其次,为灵活响应负荷供电和可再生能源消纳需求,提出了一种综合能量调度策略,并以系统等年收益最大为目标,采用K-means聚类和改进粒子群算法求解系统经济优化配置模型。最后,分析绿色交易体系和能量调度策略对配置结果的影响,并与HOMER仿真结果进行比较,算例结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: With the reform of renewable energy policy, it is a developing tendency to improve the diversified green trading system to replace financial subsidies. This paper takes the DC microgrid as the research object and proposes an optimal configuration method under a diversified green trading system. Firstly, the status quo of China's diversified green trading system is analyzed, and the three modes for DC microgrids to participate in the green trading market are proposed. Then combining the related policy rules and market supply and demand, the market price mechanism is analyzed and a single market revenue model is established. Secondly, in order to flexibly respond to the demand for load power supply and renewable energy consumption, a comprehensive energy scheduling strategy is proposed. With the goal of maximizing the annual revenue of the system, the K-means clustering and the improved particle swarm optimization are used to solve the economic optimization configuration model of the system. Finally, the influence of the green trading system and the energy scheduling strategy on the configuration results is analyzed and compared with the simulation results of HOMER. The results of calculation examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
