一种新型高效的多功能Buck/Boost/Buckboost型功率因数校正电路

A New Hi-efficiency Multifunctional Buck/Boost/Buckboost-type PFC Circuit

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新型高效的多功能Buck/Boost/Buckboost型PFC整流器。对该整流器的几种工作模式进行了分析,并根据开关管的占空比关系,讨论了系统的控制器设计,基于输入电网电压的瞬时值,得到系统的前馈占空比,并就如何将占空比分配到各个开关管进行了分析。由于该整流器在每个采样周期中只有2个高频开关动作,并且只使用一个电感,从而相对于传统的PFC变换器,提高了系统的效率。最后通过实验对文中结论进行了验证。

     

    Abstract: A new high efficiency multifunctional Buck/Boost/Buckboost-PFC rectifier is presented in this paper. First the three operating modes of the rectifier and the commutation states of the three PFC modes are illustrated. Then the design of the controllers are discussed and so is how the controller output are allocated for switches according to the input sinusoidal voltage. For the converter, there are only two high frequency switching actions in each sample period and only one inductor is used. So system efficiency can be improved. Experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the PFC rectifier at last.
