Abstract:
The development of a new type of power system brings a series of challenges to grid security, including traditional risks such as natural disasters, equipment failures, grid management and malicious damage, as well as emerging security issues such as large-scale renewable energy access and rapid development of information technology. This paper compares the development characteristics and situation of foreign power systems and China's new-type power system, analyzes the development of the new form of power grid from four aspects: AC/DC hybrid power system, distributed smart grid, smart micro grid and smart distribution grid, analyzes and judges the risks and challenges of power grid security under a new type of power system. On this basis, the following proactive recommendations are proposed to enhance the planning and deployment of the power grid, improve the efficiency and overall resilience of grid resource allocation, promote the research and development and application of advanced technologies, and refine risk management measures. It is expected that these suggestions will provide a reference for improving the power supply capacity, safety, stability, and resilience of China's power grid.
