Abstract:
The rapid development of new power system causes connection of increasing number of distribution terminals and secondary equipment into distribution network, resulting in massive equipment monitoring data. The traditional data collection, transmission and processing methods can no longer meet the rapid fault handling of new distribution network, and distribution network equipment often need to match different protocols in various scenarios. How to be compatible with different protocols and realize rapid conversion in the monitoring system has become an urgent problem. This paper designs a distribution network equipment monitoring system based on GOOSE protocol and edge computing. The combination of edge computing and GOOSE protocol reduces network processing delay and data transmission delay, and relieves the pressure on data transmission and processing. A multi-protocol conversion scheme based on IEC 61850 is presented, finally it realizes real-time monitoring of the operation state of distribution network equipment while improving the fault handling capacity.
