基于GOOSE协议和边缘计算的配电网设备监测系统

Distribution Network Equipment Monitoring System Based on GOOSE and Edge Computing

  • 摘要: 随着新型电力系统的快速推进,日益剧增的配电终端、二次设备将接入配电网,也将产生海量的设备状态监测数据,而传统的数据采集、传输、处理方式已无法应对新型配电网的快速故障处理,配电网设备在多种场景下需要完成不同协议的匹配,如何在监测系统中兼容不同通信协议并实现多协议的快速转换成为当前亟待解决的问题。文章设计了一种基于GOOSE协议和边缘计算的配电网设备监测系统,将边缘计算与GOOSE协议相结合,降低了数据传输和网络处理时延,减轻了海量数据传输、处理的压力;给出了一种基于IEC 61850的多协议转换设计方案,在提高配电网故障处理能力的同时,实现了对配电网设备运行状态的实时监测。

     

    Abstract: The rapid development of new power system causes connection of increasing number of distribution terminals and secondary equipment into distribution network, resulting in massive equipment monitoring data. The traditional data collection, transmission and processing methods can no longer meet the rapid fault handling of new distribution network, and distribution network equipment often need to match different protocols in various scenarios. How to be compatible with different protocols and realize rapid conversion in the monitoring system has become an urgent problem. This paper designs a distribution network equipment monitoring system based on GOOSE protocol and edge computing. The combination of edge computing and GOOSE protocol reduces network processing delay and data transmission delay, and relieves the pressure on data transmission and processing. A multi-protocol conversion scheme based on IEC 61850 is presented, finally it realizes real-time monitoring of the operation state of distribution network equipment while improving the fault handling capacity.
