美国电力关键基础设施网络安全防护政策和标准研究

A Survey on Cyber Security Protection Policies and Standards of Power Critical Infrastructure of U.S.

  • 摘要: 电力系统作为国家关键基础设施,其安全可靠运行关系到电网安全、企业安全、社会安全和国家安全。美国最早将电力关键基础设施网络安全提升至国家战略高度,目前已形成较为完善的电力关键基础设施网络安全防护体系。文章梳理美国对电力关键基础设施的网络安全保护政策和核心标准,深入分析美国电力关键基础设施网络安全防护重点对象和方法,并给出启示建议,为进一步深化我国电力关键信息基础设施安全防护工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As a national critical infrastructure, the safe and reliable operation of power system is related to power grid security, enterprise security, social security and national security. The United States first raised the cyber security of power critical infrastructure to the national strategic level. At present, a relatively perfect cyber security protection system of power critical infrastructure has been formed. This paper combs the cyber security protection policies and core standards of power critical infrastructure in U.S., deeply analyzes the key objects and methods of cyber security protection of power critical infrastructure in U.S., and gives enlightenment and suggestions, so as to provide a reference for further deepening the security protection of power critical information infrastructure in China.
