变电站调度数据网双平面改造技术要点分析及应用

Analysis and Application on Technical Points of Dual-plane Reconstruction of Substation Power Dispatching Data Network

  • 摘要: 电力调度数据网的双平面改造工程可提升电力系统各厂站至各调度机构电力生产业务数据传输的可靠性和安全性。文章分析厂站侧实施过程中的若干要点,研究厂站侧调度数据网的路由交换设备、电力专用纵向加密装置、网络地址转换(Network Address Translation,NAT)防火墙等网络安全设备和电力生产业务系统主机配置的若干技术要点。该研究成果已在若干500 kV变电站进行工程实施,取得了良好效果。

     

    Abstract: The dual-plane reconstruction of substation power dispatching data network can improve the reliability and safety of electricity production business data transmission from plants and substations to dispatching agencies at all levels. This paper analyzes some technical points of the implementation process in plant and substation, and studies the routing switching equipment in plant and station, network security equipments such as power private vertical encryptor and NAT firewall, and mainframe configuration technology points of power production business system. The project has been implemented in several 500 kV substations and achieved good results.
