物联网智能融合签章工作台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Intelligent Fusion Signing Workbench Using the Internet of Things

  • 摘要: 目前电网企业盖章采用人工验证信息、人工纸质文件登记,存在印章被盗用、偷盖违规使用及伪造等多重风险,难以追踪溯源。文章对现有印章功能进行整合和更集中的设计,开展红外激光精准盖章、OCR文件智能比对、数字水印、智能存档等关键技术研究与验证,设计开发了一种适用于电网企业用印全场景的面向多传感器融合的物联网智能签章工作台装置和系统,并在某网省公司示范应用。与现有实体印章管控相比,物联网智能签章工作台装置和系统实现用印前可预防、用印中可控制、用印后可追溯,克服了人工验证信息和盖章的缺点,减轻印章管理人员劳动强度,降低印章管理成本,提高工作效率。

     

    Abstract: At present, power grid companies use manual verification of information and manual registration of paper documents. There are multiple risks such as theft of the seal, illegal use of the seal, and forgery, making it difficult to trace the source. This paper integrates the existing seal functions and designs more intensively, carries out research and verification of key technologies such as infrared laser precise seal, OCR file intelligent comparison, digital watermarking, intelligent archiving, etc., and designs and develops a scene-oriented IoT smart signing workbench device and system for multi-sensor fusion, that is suitable for power grid enterprises. And pilot application is carried out in a province grid company. Compared with the existing physical seal management and control, the IoT intelligent signing workbench device and system can be prevented before use, can be controlled during use, and can be traced after use. This overcomes the shortcomings of manual verification of information and seals, and reduces seal management labor burden and the cost of seal management, also improve work efficiency.
