Abstract:
At present, power grid companies use manual verification of information and manual registration of paper documents. There are multiple risks such as theft of the seal, illegal use of the seal, and forgery, making it difficult to trace the source. This paper integrates the existing seal functions and designs more intensively, carries out research and verification of key technologies such as infrared laser precise seal, OCR file intelligent comparison, digital watermarking, intelligent archiving, etc., and designs and develops a scene-oriented IoT smart signing workbench device and system for multi-sensor fusion, that is suitable for power grid enterprises. And pilot application is carried out in a province grid company. Compared with the existing physical seal management and control, the IoT intelligent signing workbench device and system can be prevented before use, can be controlled during use, and can be traced after use. This overcomes the shortcomings of manual verification of information and seals, and reduces seal management labor burden and the cost of seal management, also improve work efficiency.
