基于轮询和随机延时的延时探测概率轮询方法

Delayed Probe-polling Method Based on Polling and Random Delay

  • 摘要: 基于轮询机制和随机延时,文章提出了一种适用于能量收集型无线传感器网络(energy harvesting wireless sensor networks,EH-WSNs)的媒介访问控制(medium access control,MAC)协议,即延时探测概率轮询。通过一个接收短探测包的轮询周期,确认有足够能量上传数据的传感器节点数目,并在后续轮询过程中对相应节点依次进行轮询,网络性能得到最大化利用,提高了网络效率。仿真结果表明,与其他轮询协议相比,延时探测概率轮询具有更高的吞吐量和良好的公平性以及更短的到达间隔时间。

     

    Abstract: Based on polling mechanism and random delay, a MAC protocol for EH-WSNs is proposed, that is, probabilistic polling for delay detection. The number of sensor nodes that have enough energy to upload data is confirmed through a polling cycle for receiving short detection packets, and the corresponding nodes are polled in the subsequent polling process. The network performance is maximized and the network efficiency is improved. The simulation results show that compared with other polling protocols, the delay detection probabilistic polling has higher throughput, better fairness and shorter arrival interval time.
