Abstract:
When the distribution network is faulty or there is a large active power shortage, the stable operation of the distribution network can be ensured through fast and precise load control, which needs to fully consider the demand side, especially residential load load and effective communication conditions. This paper presents a load emergency control strategy based on a dynamic event triggering mechanism. First, the distribution network is divided into regions according to the system's safe operation indicators. Secondly, an adaptive load level division method based on user response willingness is proposed, and the precise load control model is established to minimize the operating cost of distribution network system; dynamic event triggering mechanism is used to reduce the communication between distribution network slave stations and master stations, and realize the effective interaction and accurate execution of load control strategy information. Finally, simulation analysis is conducted through a calculation example, and the results show that the proposed strategy can accurately realize the load shedding operation and effectively alleviate the communication transmission pressure of the distribution network, verifying the effectiveness and adaptability of the method proposed in this paper.
