  • 摘要: 当配电网故障或出现较大有功缺额时,通过快速精准负荷控制可以保障配电网运行稳定,这需充分考虑需求侧尤其是民生负荷意愿以及有效的通信条件。文章提出了一种基于动态事件触发机制的负荷紧急控制策略,首先根据系统安全运行指标,对配电网进行区域划分;其次提出用户响应意愿的自适应负荷等级划分方法,以配电网系统运行成本最小为目标,建立精准负荷控制模型;采用动态事件触发机制减少配电网子站与主站之间的通信,实现负荷控制策略信息的有效交互与精准执行。最后通过算例进行仿真分析,结果表明所提策略能够精准实现对负荷的精准控制,并有效缓解配电网通信传输压力,验证了所提策略的有效性和适应性。

     

    Abstract: When the distribution network is faulty or there is a large active power shortage, the stable operation of the distribution network can be ensured through fast and precise load control, which needs to fully consider the demand side, especially residential load load and effective communication conditions. This paper presents a load emergency control strategy based on a dynamic event triggering mechanism. First, the distribution network is divided into regions according to the system's safe operation indicators. Secondly, an adaptive load level division method based on user response willingness is proposed, and the precise load control model is established to minimize the operating cost of distribution network system; dynamic event triggering mechanism is used to reduce the communication between distribution network slave stations and master stations, and realize the effective interaction and accurate execution of load control strategy information. Finally, simulation analysis is conducted through a calculation example, and the results show that the proposed strategy can accurately realize the load shedding operation and effectively alleviate the communication transmission pressure of the distribution network, verifying the effectiveness and adaptability of the method proposed in this paper.
