基于WAPI网络的变电站智能运维场景实现与应用

Implementation and Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Scenarios in Substation Based on WAPI Network

  • 摘要: 数字化与智能化是新型电力系统的主要特征,也是传统变电运维业务的重要转型方向。为实现变电站设备的智能感知与自主决策,架设大带宽、高可靠的无线数据传输网络成为推动变电运维业务数字化转型的关键环节。文章分析了无线局域网鉴别与保密基础架构(wireless LAN authentication and privacy infrastructure,WAPI)无线网络适用于变电站设备数据传输的优势,阐述基于WAPI的变电站设备数据传输方案,以220 kV郭巷变为应用载体,展示设备状态监控、环境监测、自动巡检、设备联动、操作辅助与安全管控六大变电站智能运维业务场景,实现业务流程优化与安全管理水平有效提升,为变电站数字化改造与建设提供可借鉴的成功经验。

     

    Abstract: Digitalization and intellectualization are the main characteristics of a new type of power system and an important development direction for operation and maintenance of traditional substation. To achieve intelligent perception and autonomous decision-making of substation equipment, it is important to establish a highly reliable wireless transmission network with large bandwidth in promoting the digitalization of substation operation and maintenance. This paper analyzes the advantages of WAPI wireless network for data transmission of substation equipment, and elaborates on a wireless data transmission scheme for substation equipment based on WAPI network. Based on the equipment in 220 kV Guoxiang substation, six intelligent operation and maintenance scenarios of the substation were demonstrated, including online monitoring of equipment, environmental monitoring, substation intelligent patrol, equipment interaction, operation assistance, and safety control. The optimization of working processes and improvement of safety management were achieved, which provides successful experience for digitalization and construction of the substations.
