Abstract:
In view of the problem of dynamic electric energy metering after the high proportion of renewable energy is connected, the energy pulse error characteristics of the existing energy metering algorithms under steady-state conditions and new dynamic conditions are quantitatively analyzed and the shortcomings of the existing metering algorithms in reflecting the load fluctuation in real time are pointed out in this paper. On this basis, this paper proposes two dynamic energy metering algorithms with fast response speed and high dynamic accuracy including adaptive sliding average metering algorithm and point-by-point rolling cumulative average metering algorithm. The simulation test shows that compared with the existing metering algorithm, the new metering algorithm has fast response speed and small dynamic error, and can track load fluctuations in real time. At the same time, the point-by-point rolling cumulative average metering algorithm further improves the accuracy of dynamic metering of electric energy meter.
