基于卫星载波动态分配的频谱效率提升方法

Spectrum Efficiency Improvement Method Based on Dynamic Allocation of Satellite Carriers

  • 摘要: 针对专用卫星通信资源条件下,如何提升频谱效率的问题,文章提出一种满足业务QoS保障要求和通信可靠性需求为基础的卫星载波资源分配方法。首先,基于香农信道容量公式,推导出极限速率传输时效下Eb/N0要求的最小值,再根据电网业务通信可靠性要求,等效换算出频谱效率与最优通信性能间差距;然后,结合电网采集类业务QoS保障优先级,为不同优先级采集业务分配最小信号带宽B和通信时间窗口,从而实现卫星载波资源的频谱效率提升。仿真表明所提方法可以有效提升频谱效率。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a satellite carrier resource allocation method to meet the requirements of business QoS guarantee and communication reliability for improving spectrum efficiency under the condition of dedicated satellite communication resources. Firstly, based on the Shannon channel capacity formula, the minimum value required for Eb/N0 under the limit rate transmission time is derived. Then, according to the reliability requirements of power grid business communication, the difference between spectral efficiency and optimal communication performance is equivalently converted. Then, based on the QoS guarantee priority of power grid collection services, the minimum signal bandwidth B and communication time window are allocated to different priority collection services, thereby achieving an improvement in the spectral efficiency of satellite carrier resources. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve spectral efficiency.
