适应新型电力负荷管理系统的通信安全防护技术架构研究

Research on Communication Security Protection Technology Architecture for New Power Load Management System

  • 摘要: 负荷管理可以减小电力系统用电负荷的峰谷差,从而改善电网运行状况、提高能源的利用率。然而随着新型电力负荷管理系统覆盖面的扩大、海量终端设备的接入,给现有的负荷管理通信网络带来了认证困难、数据泄露、病毒入侵等多种网络安全风险。文章首先梳理分析了新型电力负荷管理系统通信面临的安全风险与安全防护需求;其次,结合新型电力负荷管理通信系统特点与面临的安全风险,构建了通信安全防护技术架构;最后,从终端侧、接入侧、通信侧与平台侧设计了新型电力负荷管理系统通信安全防护应用部署方案。

     

    Abstract: Load management can reduce the peak valley difference of power system load, so as to improve the operation of power grid and improve the utilization rate of energy. However, with the coverage expansion of new power load management system and the access of massive terminal equipments, the existing load management communication network has brought many network's security risks, such as authentication difficulties, data leakage, virus invasion and so on. Firstly, this paper analyzes the security risks and security protection requirements faced by the communication of new power load management system; Secondly, combined with the characteristics and security risks of new power load management communication system, the communication security protection technology architecture is constructed; Finally, the application deployment scheme of communication security protection of new power load management system is designed from the terminal side, access side, communication side and platform side.
