基于工业互联网平台的燃煤机组智慧监盘系统研究和应用

Research and Application of Intelligent Monitoring System for Coal-fired Units Based on Industrial Internet Platform

  • 摘要: 火电燃煤机组在电网深度调峰、节能降耗、碳减排等方面的要求越来越高,电厂运行人员在传统监盘模式下存在监盘工作压力大、参数异常发现晚、故障判断不够及时等问题,为此开展智慧监盘系统的研究和应用。依托工业互联网平台,通过大数据、人工智能等先进技术的应用,融合机理规则和智能算法构建监盘模型,实现设备关键参数的异常分析和设备故障预测,将突发故障的被动处理转变为参数异常和设备故障的提前预警,并自动推送操作指导辅助运行人员进行异常处理。从现场应用效果看,智慧监盘系统发挥了良好的作用。通过智慧监盘代替部分人工监盘,大幅减轻运行人员的劳动强度和监盘压力,提高机组运行的安全性和经济性。

     

    Abstract: Thermal power coal-fired units have more and more demand for deep peak load regulation, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and carbon emission reduction. Under the traditional monitoring mode, the operators of power plant have some problems, such as high working pressure, late discovery of abnormal parameters, and fault judgment not in time. Therefore, the research and application of intelligent monitoring system are carried out. Based on the industrial Internet platform and the application of advanced technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, the monitoring model is built by integrating mechanism rules and intelligent algorithm to realize the analysis of abnormal key parameters of equipment and the prediction of equipment faults, turn the passive processing of sudden faults into early warning of parameter abnormalities and equipment faults, and operation guidance is automatically pushed to operators to assist them in exception handling. From the practical application effect, the intelligent monitoring system has achieved good results. By replacing part of manual monitoring with intelligent monitoring system, the labor intensity and monitoring pressure of operators are greatly reduced, and the safety and economy of coal-fired unit are improved.
