基于物理能力的逻辑模型结构设计及孪生建模应用研究

Research on Logical Model Structure Design and Digital Twin Modeling Application Based on Physical Capability

  • 摘要: 逻辑模型是实现数据信息与物理融合的关键,当前多聚焦于概念,较少从数字化结构构建与三维物理模型关联搭建数字孪生建模应用场景上进行研究。文章针对变电站逻辑模型,通过对表达的物理能力描述不同,提出逻辑模型的总体框架、技术模型结构、元素组成、编码形式等结构性设计,并依托具体工程,开发逻辑模型的孪生建模应用场景,根据逻辑模型数字化平台通过数字化编码关联方法开展逻辑模型与三维物理模型融合关联,实现面向设计过程多元信息表达的孪生建模应用,为后续变电站中物理实体数据与虚拟模型双向数据连接提供基础。

     

    Abstract: Logical model is the key to realize the integration of information and physics. At present, most of them focus on concepts, and less on the research of digital structure construction and three-dimensional physical model association to build digital twin modeling application scenarios. For the substation logical model, by describing the different physical capabilities expressed, this paper proposes the overall framework, technical model structure, element composition, coding form and other structural design of the logical model, and develops the twin modeling application scenario of the logical model based on the specific project, carries out the integration and association of the logical model and the three-dimensional physical model based on the digital coding association method of the logical model digital platform, realizes the twin modeling application oriented to the expression of multiple information in the design process, provides the basis for the bidirectional data connection between the physical entity data and the virtual model in the subsequent substation.
