基于调度停电管控平台的网络化下令系统设计与应用

Design and Application of Networked Command System Based on Dispatching Outage Management and Control Platform

  • 摘要: 随着配电网规模的不断扩大,调控业务与日俱增,近年来人工智能、云计算等技术日渐成熟,将人工智能、云计算与电网调控相结合是电网调控业务发展的必然趋势。文章基于电力调度停电管控平台提出智能网络化下令系统,通过对检修申请单关键信息识别、比对、优化实现配网调度智能成票,将操作指令进行票面防误、断面校核、实时信号监测构成智能防误校验模块,最终利用移动专网专机完成配电网调度操作网络化自动下令功能。通过以上数智调控技术应用,提升配电网调控运行效率,实现配电网安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous expansion of distribution network, the dispatching business is increasing day by day. In recent years, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other technologies have become increasingly mature. The combination of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and power grid dispatching is the inevitable trend of the development of power grid dispatching business. Based on the power dispatching outage management and control platform, this paper proposes an intelligent networked command system, which realizes the intelligent ticket generation of distribution network dispatching through the identification, comparison and optimization of the key information of the maintenance application form, and forms an intelligent anti-misoperation check module by carrying out the ticket anti-misoperation, section verification and real-time signal monitoring of the operation instructions. Finally, the network automatic command function of distribution network dispatching operation is completed by using the mobile special network machine. Through the application of the above digital intelligence dispatching technology, the dispatching and operation efficiency of the distribution network can be improved to realize the safe and stable operation of distribution network.
