Abstract: At present, the mode of "document printing + online seal application + offline manual seal" is widely used for seal sealing of power grid enterprises. Online seal application is out of line with offline seal, which cannot form closed-loop control. This paper highly integrates industrial automation technology and artificial intelligence image recognition algorithm, carries out technical research and verification such as intelligent document comparison, digital watermarking and robotic arm, and develops and designs a new type multi-functional IoT intelligent fusion signature workbench device and system with integration of scanning, printing, approval, stamping, and counterfeiting. The device and system has been demonstrated and applied in a provincial company of the State Grid. Compared with the market-oriented smart seal products, the new IoT intelligent fusion signature workbench device and system have the characteristics of safety and control, self-service printing, and precise stamping, and the products are more integrated and intelligent.
