基于多源数据融合的配电网分时分段线损诊断方法研究与应用

Research and Application of Time and Section Division Line Loss Diagnosis Method of Distribution Network Based on Multi-Source Data Fusion

  • 摘要: 传统中压配网线损计算方法精细程度不足、难以有效发现线损异常问题。文章基于拓扑分段模型,通过D5000、配电自动化、用电信息采集等跨业务领域分钟级量测数据的关联融合,实现分时分段线损计算与分析,可准确定位线损异常时间和区段。在此基础上,进一步提出了基于便携式量测终端的精细分段与异常定位方法,可弥补配电自动化终端布点不足的局限性,并解决异常确诊的“最后一公里”问题。通过实际异常用电案例分析,证明了该方法的有效性。基于该方法研发的配网线损诊断分析系统已在江苏工程化应用,并取得显著成效。

     

    Abstract: The traditional line loss calculation method of medium voltage distribution network is not precise enough to effectively find the abnormal line loss. Based on the topology section model, this paper realizes the calculation and analysis of time and section division line loss through the correlation and fusion of minute level measurement data across business fields, such as D5000, distribution automation and power consumption information collection, and can accurately locate the abnormal time and section of line loss. On this basis, a fine sectionalization and anomaly location method based on portable measurement terminal is further proposed, which can make up for the limitations of distribution automation terminal distribution and solve the " last kilometer" problem of anomaly diagnosis. The effectiveness of this method is proved by the analysis of actual abnormal power consumption cases. The distribution line loss diagnosis and analysis system based on this method has been applied in Jiangsu Province and achieved remarkable results.
