超级Wi-Fi系统在特高压线路工程中的应用研究

Research on Application of Super Wi-Fi System in the UHV Line Engineering

  • 摘要: 特高压线路工程巡检存在速度慢、风险大、无法留取视频和巡检位置信息等问题,通过在索道上挂载无线图像传输设备,让设备替代巡检员进行快速巡检是电力系统研究的重要课题。为解决特高压线路工程的索道视频回传问题,已有智能摄像系统采用1.4 GHz的图传模块传输图像、视频信息,采用900 MHz的数传模块传输定位信息。该智能摄像系统的内部较复杂,无线通道多,串口间转换次数多,间接降低了系统稳定性。此外,采用1.4 GHz图传模块传输图像,对传输环境的要求较高,不能存在强遮挡,此传输方式无法满足特高压线路工程的覆盖要求。文章采用超级Wi-Fi模组代替智能摄像系统的1.4 GHz图传模块和900 MHz数传模块,可提升智能摄像系统的稳定性,简化系统装置,满足山区特高压线路工程的覆盖需求。

     

    Abstract: There are some problems such as slow speed, high risk, inability to retain video and location information and so on during UHV line engineering inspection, it is an important topic in power system research to mount wireless image transmission equipment on the ropeway to take the inspector's place to inspect power line rapidly. In order to solve the ropeway video transmission of UHV line project, existing intelligent camera system adopts 1.4 GHz image transmission module to transmit image and video information, and 900 MHz data transmission module to transmit positioning information. The intelligent camera system with many wireless channels is relatively complex, conversion times of this system between serial ports is a bit high, which indirectly reduces the stability of the system. Moreover, the 1.4 GHz image transmission module has high requirements on the transmission environment, which cannot have strong shielding. However, many UHV line projects are located in mountainous areas with dense trees, so this transmission method can't meet the coverage requirements of UHV line projects. The super WiFi module replaces the 1.4 GHz image transmission module and 900 MHz data transmission module of the intelligent camera system, which can improve the stability of the intelligent camera system, simplify the system device and meet the coverage requirements of the UHV line project in mountainous areas.
