Abstract:
There are some problems such as slow speed, high risk, inability to retain video and location information and so on during UHV line engineering inspection, it is an important topic in power system research to mount wireless image transmission equipment on the ropeway to take the inspector's place to inspect power line rapidly. In order to solve the ropeway video transmission of UHV line project, existing intelligent camera system adopts 1.4 GHz image transmission module to transmit image and video information, and 900 MHz data transmission module to transmit positioning information. The intelligent camera system with many wireless channels is relatively complex, conversion times of this system between serial ports is a bit high, which indirectly reduces the stability of the system. Moreover, the 1.4 GHz image transmission module has high requirements on the transmission environment, which cannot have strong shielding. However, many UHV line projects are located in mountainous areas with dense trees, so this transmission method can't meet the coverage requirements of UHV line projects. The super WiFi module replaces the 1.4 GHz image transmission module and 900 MHz data transmission module of the intelligent camera system, which can improve the stability of the intelligent camera system, simplify the system device and meet the coverage requirements of the UHV line project in mountainous areas.
