低压交直流配电网柔性互动系统研究及应用展望

Research and Application Prospect of Flexible Interchange System for Low Voltage AC/DC Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 随着用户侧分布式电源大力推广及电动汽车等新型负荷比例不断攀升,传统配电网结构及可靠性等受到了冲击,而用户对于供电性能的要求日益提升。基于全控型电力电子器件的柔性互动技术为这一问题的解决提供了思路,基于柔性互动技术的交直流混合配电网具有更灵活的功率调度能力、更高的供电可靠性以及更强大的分布式电源消纳能力,由此形成的低压交直流配电网柔性互动系统是智能配电网未来重要的发展趋势之一。文章首先简述低压交直流配电网现状,阐述了有源配电网中柔性互动技术的基本原理及典型架构,然后介绍了低压交直流配电网柔性互动数学模型,进而归纳梳理了系统运行控制相关技术,在此基础上对柔性互动典型应用场景进行了描述,最后总结了柔性互动系统发展中的关键问题,并对此领域应用发展进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: With the promotion of user-side distributed power supply and the increasing proportion of new loads such as electric vehicles, the structure and power supply reliability of traditional distribution network have been impacted, while users' requirements for power supply performance have been increasing. Flexible interchange technology based on full control power electronic devices provides a way to solve this problem. AC-DC hybrid distribution network based on flexible interchange technology has more flexible power scheduling ability, higher power supply reliability and stronger absorption ability of distributed power supply. The flexible interchange system of low-voltage AC/DC distribution network is one of the important development trends of smart distribution network. This paper briefly describes the present situation of low voltage AC/DC distribution network and expounded the basic principle of flexible interchange technology in power distribution networks and the typical architecture, secondly introduces the flexible interchange mathematical model of low voltage AC/DC distribution network. The related technologies of system operation control are summarized, and the typical application scenarios of flexible interchange are described. Finally, the key problems in the development of flexible interchange system are summarized, and the application development in this field is prospected.
