Abstract:
Video surveillance service is capable of monitoring the transmission line and substation to provide security and high efficient operation in smart grid. Considering the real-time and multi-factor optimization requirements and the imbalance of uplink and downlink resource allocation, this paper designs a joint resource allocation scheme considering both uplink and downlink. In this method, firstly considering upllink resources, downlink resources and allocation of computing resources, targeting optimization of multidimensional QoE index (including switching frequency of video monitoring service), a method for the problem of low delay guarantee based on video content is established. Secondly, the resource allocation search method based on convex optimization is designed to solve the problem, and finally the proposed scheme performance is evaluated.
