Abstract:
This paper proposes a one-way offline power recovery command transmission method based on digital tokens, which converts the pull and close control commands originally transmitted through a dedicated metering automation communication network into a digital token form after security encryption protection. The short message, two-dimensional code and other non-dedicated network communication methods are communicated to the electricity users, and the electricity users decrypt and restore the digital token by inputting it into the interactive terminal through the virtual medium. and submit it to the smart meter, realizing remote power recovery control that does not rely on a dedicated metering communication network. The offline transmission mechanism proposed in this paper realizes the one-way transmission of power recovery instructions without changing the existing two-way authentication security mechanism of smart meters. It no longer depends on a dedicated communication network. It is a way to provide customers with convenient and fast power recovery service. And it is also a remote off-line power recovery technology can effectively make up for the lack of communication capabilities of the metering automation system, which can effectively reduce the communication dependence of the metering automation system on the metering automation system and improve the success rate of metering automation.
