Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and waste of resources in existing battery capacity check discharge methods, an automatic battery discharge control system is developed. The system adopts the scheme of boost discharge of battery to ensure that the existing connection mode between battery and municipal power is not changed. At the same time, in order to protect the environment and save energy, the traditional way of external resistance load discharge is changed, so that the battery power is consumed by DC load. It adopts remote control and local control dual loop control, monitors the discharge process remotely through the upper computer software, collects the discharge data in real time, analyzes the operation status of the battery, and interrupts the discharge operation in time in case of special circumstances. The local system is controlled by single-chip microcomputer to precisely control the discharge parameters. Various fault responses are set to realize automatic battery discharge control under the premise of ensuring the safety of the DC system, which reduces labor intensity and improves the reliability and intelligence of battery discharge management.
