Abstract:
In order to solve the four major problems faced by the power grid including lack of interaction between source and load, security relies too heavily on redundancy, shrinking balance capacity and lack of efficiency improvement methods, this paper has initially built a second-level interruptible load fast response system based on the 5G power virtual private network. First, the overall architecture of the second-level interruptible load fast response system is introduced, a second-level interruptible load fast response system based on the integration of the operator's 5G public network and the power communication private network is proposed, Then, the slice scheme of 5G virtual private power network control services is analyzed and studied. Finally, the performance of the system in access control, secure transmission and fast response is verified through the pilot application in Zhejiang Electric Power Company, which shows that the system has certain economic and social benefits.
