Abstract:
Aiming at the high latency incurred in the cold start of cloud data center, this paper proposes energy-saving virtual machine scheduling strategies and service quality oriented virtual machine scheduling strategies. Compared with the conventional scheduling method, experimental results show that the proposed scheduling strategies significantly reduce the system delay caused by cold start and improve the response speed of the system. In addition, these scheduling strategies not only reduce the energy consumption of the cloud data centers, but also effectively guarantee the quality of service of the systems.
