IEC 61850 Ed2.0 and Ed1.0 GOOSE Difference Analysis and Implementation Strategy

  • 摘要: IEC 61850是智能变电站的核心标准之一,在Ed1.0的基础上,IEC陆续发布了应用范围更广、功能机制更完善的IEC 61850第2版(IEC 61850 Ed2.0)。为了将IEC 61850 Ed2.0核心功能之一通用面向对象的变电站事件(General Object Oriented Substation Event,GOOSE)应用于工程实际,文章通过对比GOOSE Ed2.0与Ed1.0,梳理和分析其相异点的作用和含义,从总体思路、配置方式、主要功能实现等方面提出了IEC 61850 Ed2.0 GOOSE的实现策略,开发实现了IEC 61850 Ed2.0 GOOSE模块,并成功应用于工程实践。

     

    Abstract: IEC 61850 is one of the core standards of smart substation. On the basis of Ed1.0, the International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) released the second edition of IEC 61850 (IEC 61850 Ed2.0) with a wider range of applications and better functional mechanisms. In order to apply general object-oriented substation event (GOOSE) which is one of the core functions of IEC 61850 Ed2.0 to engineering practice, by comparing GOOSE Ed2.0 and Ed1.0, this paper proposes an implementation strategy of IEC 61850 Ed2.0 GOOSE from the aspects of general idea, configuration method and the main logic implementation based on combing and analyzing the role and meaning of their different points, The IEC 61850 Ed2.0 GOOSE module is implemented and applied in the practical substation projects.
