Economic Modeling and Analysis of Electric Power Terminal Communication Access Network

  • 摘要: 电力终端通信接入网的经济投入成本作为指导电力终端通信接入网建设的重要参考指标之一,对通信接入网建设产生重要的影响与指导意义。文章首先定义经济性分析的限定条件,然后给出无线专网单基站覆盖面积下配电自动化和用电信息采集业务分布数值,并建立所有配电自动化业务终端到光线路终端(Optical Line Terminal,OLT)的距离之和的表达式。对光纤专网覆盖区域建立数学分析模型,在此基础上比较了利用光纤专网和无线专网的经济性条件。最后以A类业务区域为例,结合某省具体数据,分析了光纤专网、无线专网以及“光纤专网+无线公网”组合3种方式下的配电自动化和用电信息采集业务的经济成本。结果表明,无线专网是配电自动化业务中经济性成本最低的方式,“光纤专网+无线公网”组合是用电信息采集业务中经济性成本最低的方式,而综合2种业务来看,无线专网方式经济性成本最低,而光纤专网经济性成本最高。

     

    Abstract: The economic cost of power terminal communication access network, as one of the important reference indicators to guide the construction of power terminal communication access network, has an important impact on the construction of communication access network and guiding significance. In this paper, the limited conditions of economic analysis are defined, then the distribution values of distribution automation and power information collection services under the coverage area of the base station of the wireless private network are presented, and the expression of the total distances from distribution automation service terminals to optical line terminal (OLT) is established. Then, a mathematical analysis model is established for the coverage area of optical fiber private network, and the economic conditions of using optical fiber private network and wireless private network are compared. Finally, taking the region A as an example, combined with the data of a province, the paper analyzes the specific economic cost of distribution automation and power information collection in three ways: optical fiber private network, wireless private network and optical fiber private network + wireless public network. The result shows that the wireless private network is the lowest economic cost mode in the distribution automation, and the optical fiber private network + wireless public network is the lowest economic cost mode in the power information collection. According to the two services, the wireless private network is the lowest economic cost mode while the optical fiber private network is the highest one.
