基于业务N–2的电力通信网可靠性评估方法研究

Research on Reliability Evaluation Method of Power Communication Network Based on Service N–2

  • 摘要: 电力通信网对于电网的支撑作用越来越重要,基于N–1的通道安排原则已不足以指导继电保护业务通道的方式安排,重要线路保护业务需满足“双保护、三路由”,即满足N–2。基于此,为了发现现网运行中的薄弱环节,合理利用和优化通信网资源,需开展N–2研究。文章首先阐述了N–2的基本概念及研究必要性,提出了N–2分析判决的思路及算法模型。应用算法模型并列举实例,对跨域断面、特高压、电厂出线3种典型场景进行了N–2分析;并对某区域网络总体满足N–2情况进行了统计,分析出薄弱环节。最后介绍了满足N–2对降低故障时间、提高业务运行率、保电网安全方面的重要作用,对指导该区域电力通信网可靠性的量化评估和网架补强具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The supporting role of power communication network to power grid is more and more important. The principle based on N–1 is not enough to guide the channel arrangement of relay protection service. Protection relay of important transmission lines need to realize double protection and three routes, that is to meet N–2 requirement. Based on this, in order to find out weak links of the currently network, and to optimize the network structure or channel mode, it is needed to analyze N–2. This paper firstly describes the basic concept and research necessity of N–2. Then the idea and algorithm model of N–2 analysis and decision is put forward. Using the algorithm model and enumerating examples, the N–2 analysis of three typical scenarios of trans regional interconnection line, UHV transmission line, power plant transmission line is carried out, and the statistics of satisfying N–2 in the regional network is presented, the weak links are analyzed. At last, it introduces the important role of satisfying N–2 in reducing the fault time, improving the operation rate and maintaining the safety of the power network, which is of great significance to the quantitative evaluation of the reliability of the power communication network in this area and the reinforcement of the grid.
