基于UWB定位的变电站三维可视化作业监控系统研究

Research on 3D Visual Operation Monitoring System of Substation Based on UWB Positioning

  • 摘要: 针对变电站现场工作人员误入带电间隔、与带电设备安全距离不足、扩大工作范围,大型机具作业误碰设备及现场人工监督监管困难所带来的问题,文章采用变电站三维模型构建技术、基于交点质心的超宽带(Ultra Wideband,UWB)信号测距的三维定位算法、基于电子安全围栏作业的监控技术等关键技术,研制了一种基于UWB定位的变电站三维可视化作业监控系统。该系统实现了在三维场景中的现场工作人员、大型机具的作业监控及告警功能,有效防范了上述问题的发生。系统已成功应用于220 kV同益变电站中,验证了该系统的有效性。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems such as substation site staff entering live bay by mistake, lack of safe distance from live equipment, expansion of working range, mis-touch equipment of large machines and tools and the difficulty of field personnel supervision, this paper develops a 3D visual operation monitoring system based on UWB location by using 3D model construction technology of substation, 3D location algorithm of ultra-wideband (Ultra Wideband, UWB) signal ranging based on centroid of intersection, monitoring technology based on electronic security fence operation and so on. The system realized the operation monitoring and alarm functions of field workers and large machines in 3D scene, effectively prevented the occurrence of the above problems, and the system has been successfully applied in 220 kV Tongyi substation, which verified the effectiveness of the system.
