Analysis and Computation of Effective Reactive Power Reserve of Generators

  • 摘要: 从保证系统静态电压稳定性的角度阐述了发电机无功储备充裕的含义,提出了发电机有效无功储备的一种定义。给出了发电机无功储备构成的分析方法,建立了最小发电机无功储备分析的数学模型,并提出了一种近似求解框架。以某实际大区电网为例,说明了所述方法的应用结果,并将该结果与静态电压稳定分析和控制结果相互印证,表明了发电机无功储备分析结果的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The adequacy of generators’ reactive power reserve is explained from the viewpoint of maintaining static voltage stability of power systems,and a new definition of generators’ effective reactive power reserve is proposed.The method for analyzing the composition of generators’ reactive power reserve is outlined,and the mathematical model for obtaining minimal generators’ reactive power reserve is set up along with an approximate solution framework.Case studies are conducted with a practical power system,and the results of the proposed method are discussed and compared with those of static voltage stability analysis and control.The significance of generators’ reactive power reserve analysis in practice is well demonstrated.
