电网安全稳定控制系统远程试验方法及工程应用

摘要: 安全稳定控制系统是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要手段,针对现有开环测试方法无法对现场装设的安稳系统进行动态闭环测试的不足,提出了基于实时仿真的远程闭环试验方法,研究了远程试验体系中信息交互、远程通信和信号转换等关键技术的解决方案,设计了远程试验系统的平台架构及标准化接口,研发了安稳系统的远程试验平台,并深入分析了该平台的3种工程应用模式。最后,以云南交流送出断面安稳系统为例,开展了本方法的现场试点应用,完成了对2个主站点安稳系统的远程联调测试。通过在实际工程的应用进一步证明了本文方法的有效性。Abstract: Security and stability control(SSC) system is very important to ensure the safe operation of power grid. In view of the insufficiency that the current open-loop test method cannot fully test the on-site SSC system, a remote closed-loop test method is proposed based on real-time simulation. The solutions of key techniques such as information interaction, remote communication and signal conversion in remote test system are studied. Then the platform architecture and standard interface of the remote test system are designed. A remote test platform for SSC system is developed, and the application modes of the platform are deeply analyzed. Finally, taking SSC system of AC output interface in Yunnan as a pilot application, on-site joint remote tests of two main substations are carried out. The results in the practical project further prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
